Navigating the Holidays With A

Difficult Co-Parent

2 Day Bootcamp

Let's Transform Chaos At Home Into Calm

We believe there is a better way to resolve conflict... especially during the holidays

Who Is The "Navigating the Holidays With A Difficult Co-Parent"

Two Day Virtual Bootcamp For?

  • Your ex tries to control all the holiday plans (and everything you do!)

  • Your co-parent dominates the plans and tries to claim the most special moments with the children.

  • Calls and texts occupy all your energy, leaving you no time to enjoy yourself during the holidays (or ever!)

  •  Your co-parent fills the kids’ heads with something awful about you (and your significant other and your family) right before your holiday parenting time

  • Your relationship with your kids is suffering; they don't know who to trust or they just don't want to be in the middle of everything.

  • Your relationships with yourself and others are suffering.

  • You always have to clean up the emotional messes made by your co-parent.

Does this sounds too familiar? I'm here to help.

So what's the "Holidays With A Difficult Co-Parent" All About?

NO MORE feeling your holidays are controlled by your ex

NO MORE feeling hopeless wondering "when will this end"

NO MORE hoping and praying your co-parent will change.

NO MORE attempts to get your co-parent to see things your way.

NO MORE helpless moments worrying about plans.

And…

NO MORE disrupting the children’s lives with conflict.

This two days virtual bootcamp is not about your co-parent...

it’s all about supporting YOU!

The one gift you really need this holiday season is....

EMOTIONAL INDEPENDENCE

During the "Holidays With A Difficult Co-Parent" You'll Learn...

Client Testimonials

“When I started working with Amy, I believed I was powerless and the way to make things better was for other people to behave better. I’ve always been an optimist; yet I found myself feeling exhausted and hopeless. Amy helped me see that by improving my own self-awareness and mindset, I could take back my power in a beautiful, authentic way. She equipped me with the right feedback, tools, and support to move into a bright, empowered future. I’m now loving a life that I never could have imagined back then.”

- Megan

“When my divorce proceeding went to court I was overwhelmed and lost and all of a sudden I was a villain who could not do anything right. I felt I couldn’t trust anyone until Amy Armstrong was assigned to my case. She created a safe space for me where I was validated and protected and taught me to communicate in an effective way without my emotions taking over. Amy taught me to shift my mindset and realize the only thing I could change was my reactions.”

- Jackie

“Amy has changed my life in many aspects. One being how I now have conversations not only with my ex but with my children as well.  When it comes to co-parenting, I’ve learned I can not change him, I stay above the line and do what is right for my kids first. I don’t argue, or feed into what his issues are. I know I can not change him."

- Amy

“Learning to be a parent is challenging enough. But imagine learning under the scrutiny of a co-parent who is taking notes on everything you do, or don’t do, and wants you to fail. Now imagine the kind of person you would need to help you through such a situation. That person is Amy Armstrong.”

- Mark

We may feel threatened and alone in the process. Old ways of dealing with conflict often don’t work— sometimes, help and a new approach is needed. With the right support, we open up the possibility for effective conflict resolution to create a new and hopeful future.

Hi, I'm Amy Armstrong

Amy has been working with parents for over 25 years as an educator, coach, and mediator.

In 2015, Amy founded The Center for Family Resolution, LLC, to empower parents as they address separation, divorce, post-decree issues or any type of family conflict. Working with Amy and her colleagues, parents discover ways to expand their own perspective of what is possible, choose new habits to guide children’s behavior, and uplift children out of difficult behavior, sadness or anxiety.

Clients discover how to put their best intentions into action to keep children out of the middle of conflict, and reduce tension for everyone involved. Amy has specialized training working with families where children resist or refuse contact with a parent as a result of high-conflict.

Amy speaks extensively to other professionals on the topics of family conflict, parental alienation and innovative practices for courts.
